93 mill / 0.07 = 1.32 Billion shares.
I'd suggest that at this stage of FBR 1.32 Billion or 1.5 Billion shares is neither here nor there.
There are bigger problems with FBR as an investment in my view than if there are 1.5 or 1.32 billion tradable shares.
