Have they confirmed this? or are you just reading between the lines and made your own conclusion?
From the announcement it was implied that they have proven abilities to manufacture HX in house and may do so, but they also mentioned that they can speak to other parties now CAT mou has ended. To me it’s still up in the air until they confirm otherwise.
