As much as I would like to support your assumption, I can't until approval paperwork (in some way, shape or form) is provided to us.
That was what frustrated me so greatly about the Indoor 3bedroom x 2 bathroom build that rewarded FBR their performance shares. There was absolutely no way for the retail investor to evaluate and confirm that it passed the codes besides taking FBR's 1 page synopsis for granted which referenced a 'third party certifier' whose name they did not reveal.
It's all about burden of proof, especially for a publicly listed company.
On another note, anyone else think that there's a bit of a leaky ship? Speeding ticket incoming - BKW/FBR extension doesn't expire until about May the 4th.
