Great discussion.Just to add my 7.8c worth re SP valuation and performance shares.
When i bought my shares it was based on the commercialisation plan with CAT who were going to buy another lot of shares at 24c.assuming hadrian x worked .I thought it did so I was caught out when the CAT mou did not proceed and WaaS born.Either way I think profit is a few years away and who knows if it will pay a dividend.I am not sure it matters.I think the share price will be judged initially on revenue and potential growth.The scale of the growth is what will eventually drive profit and that is what I think will drive the SP up.10 commercial builds of revenue say $10k each , then the pilots and then the expansion and hence growth.
Performance shares , I believe is critical on driving the dream to reality.For the non day and short term traders it is about the mutiples and not fractions of the SP that we are in it for.Therefore dilution is not really an issue , it is all about success , failure is not an option.Performance shares mean jack , including Pivacs shares if they fail , who would buy them.
