First chart shows just prior the CAT mou (notes in chart). Check out the red volume bar a few days prior and again red before the Ann.
The second chart is today' s action. Similar but with more consolidation on the mid $.070c range which could indicate an attempt to tree shake.
All I'm saying is I don't think FBR's chart or price action just prior announcements can be construed as negative. It's not positive either. It's just a wait and see if history repeats or prudence wins out.
