Most stocks will tank 90-98% after being listed in their first macro correction, this is where the accumulation begins, for an assets first real macro cycle run to the high. The time period a company is listed during the 18.6 year MLS lunar cycle, can also have an effect on price action for an asset. If we look at MSB as a similar asset and macro market cycle pattern its printed, it also had a macro correction of 96%+, then began printing a macro bottom accumulation phase, which gave it its recent first impulsive move to the high, for those that are getting on board now, i see this as the “Goldilocks” zone, as this is the macro bottom structure, where selling has abated, and accumulation begins, and in the near future likely see some nice PA, inline with what MSB has already printed, as i see it ahead of FRE in its own macro market cycle pattern, and you can watch FRE print a similar wave structure in the charts. I see a lot of comments of share holders of biotech assets that got left holding a bagful after a company has been listed with promising news, when this is just the natural nature of a market cycle. Understanding this and being able to read charts can alleviate the impulsive nature to buy stocks, which is generally triggered by emotion, and allow you to buy when most want to sell after a macro correction. As mentioned previously, the PA will show well in advance the “news” that media will tie a move to an asset, when it is visible in the charts well ahead of time.
