monthly report ( and then 7-10c?), page-2

Unfortunately don't think the monthly report will do it, TBW. We really need to see the finalisation of the takeover/merger for a rerate IMO. Even though one of the reports said this will occur in the third qtr - we will probably miss that too (two days to go). Suspect as previously alluded to that it will be in the fourth qtr.
