Flow decline is proportional to quantity of fluid remaining (i.e. causing the pressure). The more gas and condensate you take out, the more you lower the pressure, and the slower the flow rate goes. The permeability also affects this (how hard it is to squeeze gas through the sandstone). You would typically model it with a differential equation.
