In the months ahead before any court decision both CHM and MMX shareholders are going to endure severe share price misery. With no real idea of the outcome there can be no 'REAL' interest in CHM thus, the sp should drift down to 1c or below. It will be almost impossible to see it rising again till at least FEB10. The MMX sp can expect to struggle till this matter is resolved and will probably head below $1.00. So both CHM and MMX supporters should holdout for bargain prices.
