They need to talk to special 'holders' to give the churn a rest I reckon. Such a grind - take it to 0.22 today, then bid over the top at auction for 200K at 0.24 limit to get them at 0.23, then catch a half pip at open then bleed them out all day the next day.
This will only be stopped by a real volume of buyers, but who would look at the course of sales, price action and think 'great time to buy'?
