    I don't read or follow Prof Roubini's work anymore. From my perspective - it is irrelevant to the EU project.

    His solution to the economic imbalances between the PIGIS and the rest of the euroze is to 'kick the can down the road' - default, ZIRP, competitive devaluation, ECB QE.

    I will not even consider discussing the above 'solutions' to the current economic and financial problems in the EZ.
    In my mind they are absurd, short term, band aid type of 'fixes' that will absolutely guarantee the long term decline of the EU just as they are in the US.

    If the aim of economics is to marginalise countries, reduce them to uncompetitive and corrupt regimes - professor Roubini's advice should be fully implemented.

    Sorry Menta, that is the last comment i make on Roubini's work.
