Hi,

I am emailing on behalf of a number of investors who invested in Montu during the crowdfunding campaigns. My questions relate to the offer to buy back shares at the price of $1.15 per share.

Montu has not provided an update on the company's progress since 12th October 2023. Myself and the investors I represent have discussed the offer and we believe we should be updated with the company's financial progress before making a decision to sell or not to sell, a position I'm sure you can understand is prudent.
