As part of this process, we have received feedback from some shareholders on how they can receive further information about the Company’s valuation process.
In response to this feedback, we are considering what further financial information can be disclosed. To give shareholders reasonable time to consider the further disclosure, we will be announcing at the General Meeting on 26 August that the matters to be voted on will be adjourned. Due to notice requirements under our Constitution, we need to convene the General Meeting in order to adjourn it and a new meeting date will be announced at the time.Yours sincerely,
