shady - speaking of transparency - what ever happened to "reserved our rights" in relation to Fund X, the much vaunted funding deal at 7.5c?
I suspect its been allowed to quietly die but arent SHs entitled to know why, if thats what happened? Why would RNI not seek to enforce its legal rights regarding an (apparently) binding agreement?

not my problem anymore as non holder but the BoD might be interested to know of the concerns of (former) SHs
magpie says he will attend the AGM to see if there are any signs of humility or embarrassment about the Fund X deal and the awful last 12 months - excerpt below of address at 2014 annual report
while the year under review has been a challenging one for all in the gold and exploration sectors, I believe there are many positive signs on the horizon for RNI NL
