The Fund X 'commitment ' was a fiasco. Its perpetrators need to explain! Maybe the AGM will be the right forum for the Chairman to tell all about it, not the EGM, but....

It certainly damaged the company.

We are at rock bottom hopefully. It would be nice for MLX to follow NST etc with strong upward sp movement, but it's stubbornly stable. What MLX does SP-wise by 15/10 is certainly very important, critical in fact. From RNI's pov though only Doolgunna can boost the SP.

The other relevant thing is - or could be - the 1 for 3 rights issue that was foreshadowed on 5/8

"Under the non-renounceable Entitlements Issue, eligible RNI shareholders will have the opportunity to subscribe for one new fully-paid RNI share for every three shares held at an issue price of $0.02 per share. Based on RNI’s issued ordinary shares post the Placement, the Entitlements Issue could raise gross proceeds of up to $5.12million.
RNI is in discussions with GMP Securities to underwrite all or part of the Entitlements Issue, subject to the execution of a formal underwriting agreement."

What has happened to that? Is it coming but now 1.5c?? Is it dead because GMP won't underwrite it while the SP is so low? Waiting for the SP to get back up to at least 2.5c?

So that makes 3 big uncertainties. It's no wonder the SP lies sick. The EGM major Resolutions have only made it sicker too.
