The talk is NOT about babyboomers downgrading from a 5bed home to a 3bed home Einstein, the talk is about Baby Boomers now starting to offload excess property assets other than their family homes that were purchased sometime in the last decade during the "good ol' days" which caused half the mess in the first place!!!

You reckon this is not happening, I suggest you do some research and you'll find this is EXACTLY what is happening as we speak!!! Of course NOT all of them, but a hell of a lot are now as they want to exit the market near the "highs" before all the excess equity in their properties dissapear.

But then again, you're probably one of this property bulls who reckon prices are NOT going down pretty much nationwide eh LOL???
