Cant really see the relevance in being a bull or a bear , a property investment is a long term proposition a minimun of 10 years . What happens on a day by day basis is irrelevant , vastly different from a mining " spec " that someone is trying to get in or out of .
I have not read anything to suggest too many BULLS here saying buy , buy , buy .. I have read suggestions about areas , past success , recent movements . Property can go up or down , just like any asset class , but its never a 5 minute decision .
Property as an investment base is great , building equity as time goes on . But its NOT as assett class where you will be able to " time " an exit or entry point , try this and you are certain to be burnt .
