325k each....I think about 10% under current market value.
rent at $495 week each long term Gov. lease (5)years.
Im happy with that.
$750 month before any deducations.
I think the long term growth outlook for Canberra is sound however the reality is I bought these 2 for the positive income stream, and believe capital growth will start to occur in this area over the next 36 months.
