I think Kerogen maybe the one who initiate this legal actions. Lots of American Banks (including Morgan Stanley) and Bankers and individuals have been subpoenaed in this case (see link provided by SP007 posts). It is potentially explosive against those involved including Mr AC. It is clearly a fraudulently transaction and dodgy business deal. Having said that I think the money will never be recovered.
