That's interesting - I've only just came across them today by accident today to be honest. Have only compared price point and geographical availability.
The software experience is quite key, but all things around hardware and software are easily overcome by any competitor with greater know-how. I'm not sure MWR have any commercial advantages over the medium term on anyone who wishes to enter this space and take their market share.
