according to the 30 min and one hour charts, the dow and the spx are positioning for a run up...just my little ole opinion....but downside risk seems minimal at the moment.
thu, please note....anyone reading my posts, i'm a scalper and as such, my analysis is mostly for short term timeframes, ie a day or less.
