    They're going to need to announce that right?

    I read the glaucos report and was certain this company is stuffed... I don't think the company's response properly addressed all items (ponzi elements and the research from 'expert' that wasn't disclosed a related party).

    Now the MD resigns and a ratings downgrade.

    I'm fascinated to see how this plays out!
