It does affect Lucapa Gazoo, doing business in Angola is even riskier than it was 12 months ago as their economy weakens. Hopefully their oil problem will result in more emphasis on their diamond industry which is what has been indicated by Angola govt. but they need to get their finger out and sort out their admin processing.
I'm not downramping got too much to lose here, just stating facts and clarifying the earlier glaring error.
