Don't wait until DOW goes lower than the 2009 low.
That won't happen in your life time.
Your spectacular C wave may happen if DOW hits 14500 in 2 years.
In other word, your C wave can't go lower than the 2009 low.
But XJO may go lower than its 2009 low because the houses here are overvalued (property bubbles).
