$8m in the kitty, $5m from conversions of options, $2m one off payment for the salt, if operations run to schedule approximately $4m after tax for this calender year and that is not taking into account the possibility of the SPL or a spin off of the Silica. I see $19m cash in the company by years end.
A loan for $10-14m should cover it. Payback would be more like 6-9 months.
