I think you need to go on a basic accounting course.
The value that the market values companies at is the Market Cap NOT the Share price.
BPT @ 1.23 has a Market Cap of $1.5B
DLS @ 1.33 has a Market Cap of $0.5B
So yes DLS has a share price 10 cents more than BPT but the company is only worth a 3rd of what BPT is.
