CCE is not under new management. The CTO became the CEO after they fired Ottaviano. The Board is the same Board (all of whom are owed money and whose best chance of recovering it is via Board fees, the newest member being Anthony Shield (who lent them substantial coin about 5 years ago). If it went under they'd have lost all of their money. THAT is the motivation for them chipping in enough money (after they didn't raise enough from shareholders and new investors when they restructured).
What data earnt then grants? Have you seen any data?
