Unlikely to be Moose on yoyo - maybe someone pretending to be him - I think he has some sort of consultancy work every year which keeps him busy about now.
Do not worry he will be back unless his indoors discovered he had put in again in which case a murder investigation would be likely.
FOR me I cannot see anything happening till next year as The US is shut down mode and the others will not move unit they do.
