So sorry to hear about the passing of my old sparring partner and colleague. I will miss the dialog I have had with your father over a number of years - we had a number of differences in views but these highlighted a number of important of areas of interest to not only me but no doubt other posters on this thread - I will really miss this dialog which I hope has been helpful to other posters. Unfortunately there will now be a scarcity of "rabbits". Please accept my condolences - I will miss your father.
