@rdncoic - I know my name is 'mud' on here - but may I relate a small episode from my former trading days.
I cannot now remember the name of the stock - but it sank very low during the end period after 2008 - I had bought cheap, it was supposed to be a goer - I finished selling up almost all my investments - total loss $90 000. I then had a heart episode, never traded again, never looked if there were any remaining shares, then needed money to go visit sick daughter - checked my trading account and there was a tidy sum from this one penny-stock of over $6000 - and I went on my trip.

This could happen on here, and more, especially if - say - the Ukraine war ends soon, or the EU allows mining because of the need for REEs -
and despite all the somersaults, or whatever is going on here - it could end up making you some money.
Hang on to it, or see if you can minimise any losses - but it may yet bring you some joy. Never give up hope. Put it in the bottom drawer.
As for company directors, this team are not the only ones with a certain 'laissez faire' attitude - it is 'buyer beware' - everywhere, especially in the stock market.
