mooter acquires hotshots!

1. Acquire Hot Shot Media Pty Ltd by way of an issue of shares in Mooter;
2. Hold (pursuant to the acquisition) an all-encompassing 50:50 Joint Venture
agreement with Hot Shot Media Pte Limited the parent entity of the Hot Shot
Media Group;
3. Be entitled to 50% of all Hot Shot Media Group revenues, benefits, rights and
incomes, ad infinitum;
4. Inherit the right to receive the first $5m of revenues on a priority and preferred
basis to repay advances previously made and agreed to be made by Hot Shot
Media Pty Ltd to the Hot Shot Media Group;
5. Be entitled to 100% of online advertising revenues for the first five years, after
which they are to be shared by the Joint Venture;
6. Be projected directly at the forefront of the worldwide social gaming
phenomenon;
6.Become Australias (and possibly the world's) first listed, social/casual gaming
corporation.
