The Iron ore price has hit a 2 year low, stocks just gone ex divi, the market is a forward looking beast.
BCI still has some buffer regarding the spot price, but you can understand the nerves of the market can you not?
It's a bit of a perfect storm in terms of share price depreciation.
If you are a buoyant regarding Iron ore's fortunes this may represent value, but for me it's a bet on the strength of the Chinese Economy, in the face of increased supply from the majors.
The squeeze is on.
