I've only got the 2 properties in Moranbah and the first one bought in July has moved a bit over 10% already.
That one cost me 390k and getting $790 a week rent.
No pain and a lotta gain.
I'm still finalising the paper work for the house and land package i signed up for in January
That one is costing just under 520k all up but will be getting $850 a week rent.
Average price for a new 4 by 2 house in Moranbah is about 560k at the moment but i expect that to move above 600k this year.
If my house in Secret Harbour sells i will be getting another couple up that way.
I would like to buy on the Gold or Sunshine coast but the interest rates are to high and it's to much pain trying to cover the shortfall.
Are you thinking of buying in Qld?
