No problems ask anytime. Kawana Island has limited growth potential but will be an important area when the infrastructure around Stockland Park and the lake develops. This includes the Kawana town centre plus Kawana Beach which will be the real profile location. There are others such as Cotton Tree which will see some substantial growth (I'm confident of that area ..in fact so much so I have a small development project currently in progress). I don't subscribe to the interest rate dampening investment up here due to the impending growth factor. Consider also the revised legislation re SMSF investment (Installment Warrants) and you have the potential for some significant real estate investment in the near future. The challenge up here is to get into the market as average prices continue to escalate. Quite an interesting situation. I do agree with the potential of the mining towns, certainly an opportunity.
