I'm pretty up beat on the lot but Dysart in particular is as good a value as Moranbah.
The 2 towns are surrounded by coal and the Qld gov won't let the towns expand much because they would be building over coal reserves.
Expanding coal mines and coal gas developments and an already critical shortage of accommodation can only lead to higher rents and house prices.
