The website is down but your latest post suggests that its PFC that's applied for the moratorium and not the NT gov which has placed a moratorium...that's a different beast altogether
Anyway, those gov notices are usually a joke anyway...wouldn't place any stock in them. Luckily the labour gov is out of power..this government will be more miner friendly
