irrespective of the environmental benefits or otherwise of Cougar or any other company, what they are developing or providing to the marketplace, investors should not be placed in a position whereby outsiders, particularly those in the public forum effectively discredit and possibly defame companies and corporations (implied at the very least as we are not dealing with an individual) with information that cannot be even classified as purported, let alone factual.

I too, am extremely annoyed at what has happened, and like Sungar, have (and have had), money in companies which always seem to be find themselves in regrettable situations. Some choices are my fault, others, like Cougar are caused by what CW only so politely stated as "ignoramuses".

It's annoying and frustrating when you make wrong decisions and bad investment choices and things go awry, but to have external and ungrounded forces factors ruin your finances is just not palatable.
