Simply put , day 3 of accumulation (we hope ?) today. The process looks range bound between 23c and 26c . Two things concern me though:
1) As mentioned previously , todays data again reveals that every now and then intraday, quite large parcels are getting sold down. I'd prefer not to see this happening as it throws up a red flag for me short term.
2) Gaps are like magnets and we have a lingering gap at 20c that wants to get filled. My feeling is that if we lose this 23c mini support line, this gap at 20c will be filled quite quickly and it will be of extreme concern if this 20c level does not then produce very strong support via high volume buying .
For now though we watch and wait for further clues .
