ZAMBIAN COPPER DUMPS - CLARIFICATION

GSF Corporation Limited (ASX:GSF) would like to clarify the announcement issued earlier today in relation to the Zambian Copper Dumps. The announcement stated that there is an estimated 103 million tonnes of tailings material with previous sample drilling producing an average grade of 0.25% copper across the three tailings dumps providing an estimated 258,000 tonnes or US$2.1 billion of contained copper. This information was provided by the Zambian Government and is based on assays of approximately 30 drill holes taken at the dumps.
As outlined in the announcement the Company has yet to verify all the information provided to it in relation to the dumps and will do so as part of its due diligence. As such the Company
retracts the statements in today’s announcement in relation to the estimated grade, contained metal and value of the tailings dumps material until such time as a competent person (under JORC) can review the information pertaining to the dumps in order to compile a report in accordance with the JORC code.
