Reading through that, the minister has already factored in putting in a new port at Anfile Bay.
This will be a big benefit when it comes.

Glad to hear he's willing to wait till "The Mine" is making money.
Hopefully they (Eritrea) can then afford to build it themselves, instead of using "China money" to build it, like they are doing in the other neighbouring countries - and elsewhere around the world.
Leading to China controlling all the ports, as the poor countries can't ever pay back the capex.
