The Main issue with Myer is the rent they have to pay 220 million per year.
The Landlord is making all the money compared to the Business running just to pay the rent.
If High traffic Businesses were lured to be set up inside of Myer it would save rent and boost foot traffic.
That sounds like an obvious solution, or at least a repair strategy.
