With the latest sale and lease back of property it cannot leave much more to sell. Since PD has been made CEO all underlying profit looks like it has come from sales of assets (starting with the motor pool sale and lease back when he first started). What has happened with the turbine write down, the shire waste claim and the losses with the Lang O'Rouke JV, no mention in any of the financials I have seen? are these still out there?
My call is PD will move this year so he can sell his shares while they still have some value. I know I am out at this price.
