imperialism has done africa over a few times and many african countries are becoming more sophisticated
the oil companies fly in all supplies to their enclaves, share the absolute minimum with the locals
although the revenue from oil sustains the country 90% there are too many poor and desperate folk who have tended not to get a look-in
as the angolans address this further, opportunities of a frontier perhaps never to be repeated are opened up to those with the highest drive and ethics
