I am mainly seeing only the brutal reality of a repeat of 1944/45 . The only difference I have seen rainfall wise is that Coastal Western Australia and South Australia has received near average rainfall but 200km in land it is the same rainfall recordings as per 1944 ie lowest or near record . Maybe the effect of we are still in solar minimum could introduce some slight variability . There maybe some rain but it is the heat and the wind events that precede that do the damage. The swirling dust generated will contribute to the flood event late autumn. This is all based on past events 1944/45 .
