    Front page of The Australian business section is reporting that a US court has cleared the way for a 400 million dollar fraud claim against the "sham" company at the centre of colourful Sydney businessman Roland Frank Bleyer's audaciouis plan to finance the Oakajee Rail and Port project in WA.

    Doesn't make good reading about how Superkite operates.

    The word sham seems to pop up quite a bit with this group.

    Suggest PDY investors read it.
