I think the Aus Propty bubble will go its own course-un aided.. in its 5-10% slide pa from this point for a number of years (perhaps 3-4)
I read of China's woes,vacancy & Re bubble of major proportions...shud this eventuate, & trigger employment downturn in Aus..the slide would be much steeper than 4 years & foreclosure rates much more severe
Either way it wont be pleasant due to the pre-conceived myth's of Aussie RE over 2 decades
