The directors report in the half.yearly report states a new agreement had been reached and some of the major terms
Reviews are now quarterly so barring a clause in the covenants not revealed in the directors report the debt position will be reviewed in a few months time
The biggest hurdle is 90m ebitda and it is not disclosed if this is rolling or quarterly annualised
