I would politely suggest that anyone who believes that the upswing in the stock market as being a reliable indicator of upcoming sunny weather in the economy, needs to ask themselves just one question.....what precautions should I take in case it is a false dawn?
I am amazed at the number of people who have no contingency plan or savings despite the sombre outlook.
The stock market is defying both government and IMF predictions.....so who is wrong?
