    More bad news for us MPO holders as it looks like our 1.4 million hectares in Quebec may amount to nothing.
    The Bureau des audiences publique sur l’environnement, BAPE, (Quebec's environmental assessment agency) which was commissioned to report to the Quebec Government about the pros and cons of a shale industry, concluded that the cons outweigh the pros for developing the resource.
