I think Pa2000 was referring to this statement you made:
"One may not go ahead and the other has a counterparty with a market cap of less than 10% of what it owes NBS."
I think Pa2000 was inferring that the counterparty for the China contract is not TPID. TPID is of course the company with a market cap which is less than 10% of what is owed to Nexbis under the contract. Due to the transfer of rights to the contract from TPID to Saddington, Pa200 is probably asserting that it is not fair to refer to TPID's market cap, which is probably worth pebbles.
Fair enough but I still don't get a fuzzy warm feeling with Saddington.
